Can I get a refund if we don’t move forward with the event?

Yes, if we’re unable to finalize the quote or proceed with your event, we’ll initiate a refund of your holding deposit immediately. A 5% card processing fee will be deducted, and actual bank processing times may vary.

Is the £75 holding deposit applied toward the total event cost?

Yes, the £75 holding deposit will go toward your total event costs once everything is finalized, providing a convenient way to secure your event with a small initial deposit.

How does the refund process work?

If a refund is required, it will be processed immediately on our end. However, bank processing times may vary, typically taking a few business days. Note that the 5% card processing fee is non-refundable.
